This Privacy Policy applies to our website, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our "Service") alongside our application, PetPawfolio. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account using your email, Google, or Apple credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

The App allows you to create profiles for your pets, upload photos, and store medical records ("User Content").

Ownership: You retain ownership of any User Content you submit to the App.

License: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App services to you.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

THE APP IS INTENDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND RECORD-KEEPING PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Always seek the advice of your veterinarian or other qualified animal health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or recorded in this App.

Reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Systematically retrieving data or other content from the App to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

- Making any unauthorized use of the App, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.

- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the App.

The following terms apply when you use a mobile application obtained from either the Apple Store or Google Play (each an "App Distributor") to access the App:

(1) The license granted to you for our App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating systems, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor's terms of service;

(2) We are responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App as specified in the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Service or as otherwise required under applicable law.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
