Please use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Include the following information in your email:

• the email address associated with your Pet Pawfolio account
• your full name or username, if applicable
• a short statement confirming that you want your account deleted

Our team will review and process deletion requests within 7 business days.

Once your request is completed, your Pet Pawfolio account will be permanently deleted. We will also delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

When your account is deleted, the following data may be permanently removed:

• account information, such as your name, email address, and profile details
• pet profiles and related pet information you created in the app
• reminders, schedules, notes, and other user-entered content
• app preferences and saved settings
• internal account identifiers associated with your profile

Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, including:

• transaction or billing records, if applicable, retained as required by law
• security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-monitoring logs
• records needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Where retention is required, the data will be stored only for as long as necessary and then securely deleted.
